Nothing would be sent without your approval: every draft waits for you to review and approve it.

What it would do

Review Reply Drafter is a Hirely agent planned for home-service companies that receive customer feedback on public profiles and want to respond consistently. Answering every comment takes time, and a rushed reply to a critical post can do more damage than the original complaint.

You would paste or forward the feedback, and the agent would draft a response in your voice: thanking happy customers by referencing the actual work mentioned, and acknowledging concerns calmly with an offer to continue the conversation privately. It would avoid arguing, sharing job details publicly or making promises you have not approved.

Reviews under 4 stars would be flagged to you directly; the agent would draft a suggested reply only for you to review, and nothing would ever be posted automatically. It would never write reviews, ask for reviews, offer anything in exchange for reviews, or help remove honest reviews.

It would work by email and drafts only; it would not text or call anyone.

How it could fit your week

Imagine a customer writes that your crew left the driveway spotless after a roof tear-off but the project ran two days long because of rain. A good reply would thank them for noticing the cleanup, explain briefly that weather delays affect everyone in the trade, and invite them to reach out directly if anything else needs attention.

Consistency matters too. When responses vary wildly in tone from one week to the next, prospective customers notice. Drafts in one courteous voice would help your public profile read as if one careful person manages it, and the agent would learn the phrases you prefer and the ones you always delete.

Owners could also give it a short list of phrases to avoid, such as mentioning insurance claims or naming crew members, and the agent would keep those out of every suggested reply it prepares.
