Privacy Policy: Hirely
Effective: October 15, 2026. Contact: our request form, Pittsburgh, PA.
1. Scope. Covers (a) business customers and site visitors, and (b) end consumers who interact with agents we run on behalf of our business customers. For (b) we act as a service provider/processor; the customer business is the controller.
2. What we collect. Account info (name, business, email, phone); billing (handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers); usage logs; for end consumers: name, phone, address, job details, messages, call recordings/transcripts (where enabled with notice), consent and opt-out records.
3. How we use it. To provide and secure the service, send messages you request, keep compliance records, provide support, bill, and improve the service (de-identified/aggregated).
4. AI processing. Messages are processed by AI models from vendors under contracts that bar them from training on your data.
5. Sharing. Subprocessors (hosting, Supabase, Twilio, Stripe, LLM providers, email) only to run the service; legal requirements; business transfers. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. SMS. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
7. Retention. Account data for the life of the account + 90 days; consent/opt-out records for 5 years; call recordings 30–90 days unless the customer configures otherwise.
8. Security. Encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, audit logs. Data-breach notice per state law (PA: 73 P.S. 2301 et seq.).
9. Your rights. Access, correct, delete, opt out. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, and others) may have extra rights; we honor requests from all users. End consumers should contact the business that serviced them; we will assist. Pennsylvania's consumer data privacy law. Most state laws apply only above revenue/volume thresholds we don't meet yet, but we follow these practices anyway.

11. Call recording. PA is an all-party-consent state (18 Pa.C.S. 5704). Every recorded call must announce the recording at the start.
