Nothing would be sent without your approval: every draft waits for you to review and approve it.

What it would do

Contractors & Home Services is the first storefront Hirely plans to open, with agents aimed at roofers, remodelers, electricians, HVAC techs, landscapers, painters and handymen. Five agents are being prepared for it: Lead Responder, Quote & Estimate Builder, Follow-Up Closer, Review Reply Drafter and Invoice Chaser.

Together they would cover the paperwork that piles up around field work: answering new inquiries, turning walkthrough notes into estimate drafts, nudging homeowners about open estimates, replying to customer feedback and reminding customers about overdue invoices.

Trades owners rarely sit at a desk during daylight. The idea behind this storefront is that drafts would be waiting in the evening, already shaped around each job, so an hour of writing becomes a few minutes of reviewing and approving.

No agent here would set prices, promise schedules or interpret building codes. Those responsibilities would stay with the person who knows the job site.

How it could fit your week

A typical evening might look like this: two new roof inquiries, an estimate waiting to be written from Tuesday's notes, a kitchen client who went quiet, a thank-you comment on your profile and an invoice now overdue. Each of the five agents would handle one of those threads, preparing a draft that matches its job, and you would review the batch in one sitting before the next day starts.

These five agents would work by email and drafts only; none would text homeowners, call prospects or answer your business line.

The storefront is coming soon. Each agent listing would open only after it passes review, and each page explains its own scope.

Owners who reserve a trial would learn by email as each of these five agents clears review, with a description of exactly which threads it would draft and which decisions would remain theirs alone on every job.

Whether a business is a solo handyman or a crew of fifteen in the field, the office work around each job looks similar. Starting here lets Hirely focus on trades owners first, with agents shaped around estimates, invoices and homeowner communication.

Homeowners commonly ask trades businesses about licensing and insurance documents, warranty terms on past work, whether permits are pulled, seasonal availability and what preparation is needed before crews arrive. Drafts would answer only from documents and policies you supply, and anything involving a warranty claim, a safety concern or a disagreement about completed work would be sent to you to handle directly.
