Nothing would be sent without your approval: every draft waits for you to review and approve it.

What it would do

E-commerce on Hirely would feature agents planned for online sellers: independent web stores, handmade goods shops, subscription box makers and small direct-to-consumer brands. Support inboxes fill with where-is-my-order questions, size and fit queries, exchange requests and wholesale inquiries.

Agents here would draft replies using the policies and product details you share. Someone asking whether a jacket runs small would get a draft based on your sizing notes; a wholesale buyer would get a reply asking about volume and timing, with terms left for you to set.

A founder could receive a draft abandoned-inquiry follow-up or a weekly roundup of the product questions shoppers ask most often.

Drafts would not promise delivery dates the carrier has not confirmed, issue refunds or change orders. They would explain your policy in your words and route anything unusual back to you.

How it could fit your week

Picture the days after a product launch. Shoppers email asking whether a restock date is set, whether a gift note can be added to an order already placed, and whether international shipping is offered. An agent would draft each answer from the policies you wrote, marking anything uncertain, so the inbox stays manageable while you pack orders and plan the next drop.

Only email-and-draft agents would be offered in the trial. Any agent in this storefront that uses website chat, texts or calls would not be part of the trial. Your storefront platform and fulfillment tools would remain in charge.

This storefront is coming soon. Listings would appear after review.

Online sellers who reserve a trial would get an email as storefront listings clear review, describing which support questions an agent would draft answers for and which situations, like damaged parcels, would always come straight to the owner.

Makers selling candles, prints or apparel through their own site often wear every hat. Drafts covering exchanges, gift orders and wholesale outreach would let a one-person brand spend more evenings designing products and fewer evenings answering the same three shipping questions.

Shoppers frequently ask about care instructions for materials, whether gift wrapping is available, how to update a shipping address after checkout, bulk order options for events and how exchanges work for sale items. Drafts would quote your written policies, include tracking details only when you supply them, and send anything involving damaged parcels, chargebacks or unusual requests directly to the owner.

Seasonal launches, restocks and collaborations with other makers often generate bursts of similar questions. Drafts would group those into consistent answers you approve once, then adapt each reply to the shopper's own wording and order details you provide.
