Nothing would be sent without your approval: every draft waits for you to review and approve it.

What it would do

The Real Estate storefront on Hirely would include agents meant for independent agents, small brokerages and property managers. Inboxes collect showing requests, questions about listings, maintenance notes from tenants and paperwork reminders, and each deserves a prompt, accurate reply.

Agents here would draft responses using only facts you provide about a property, such as square footage, available dates and amenities. A prospective buyer asking about an open house would receive a draft with the time and address you supplied and an invitation to ask further questions.

Drafts would follow fair housing principles: they would describe properties, not people, and would not steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood, comment on who lives in an area, or reference protected characteristics. Every draft would wait for your review before anything is sent.

A property manager might get a draft acknowledging a tenant's maintenance request and noting when someone will follow up.

How it could fit your week

Consider a weekend with an open house on Saturday. Emails come in asking about parking, whether the basement is finished, and whether a second showing could happen Sunday afternoon. An agent would draft accurate replies drawn only from your listing details and your calendar notes, keeping every answer about the home itself and leaving timing commitments for you to confirm personally.

Only email-and-draft agents would be offered in the trial. Any agent in this storefront that uses website chat, texts or calls would not be part of the trial. Your MLS tools and transaction systems would stay as they are.

Real Estate listings are coming soon and would appear after review.

Agents and property managers who reserve a trial would receive an email as listings for this storefront finish review, explaining which messages each would draft and confirming the property-only approach described above.

Property managers handling a few dozen doors might lean on drafts for routine tenant correspondence like move-in instructions, while solo agents might focus on open-house follow-ups. In both cases the source facts would be the listing sheet and your notes, nothing invented.

Other frequent messages include requests for disclosure packets, HOA document questions, lockbox access for inspectors and appraisers, and tenant questions about lease renewal paperwork. Drafts would use only documents and facts you provide, stay focused on the property and process, avoid opinions about value or neighborhoods, and leave negotiation, pricing and legal questions to the licensed professional handling the file. Drafts would not include lockbox codes or other access details; access arrangements would stay with you.
