Nothing would be sent without your approval: every draft waits for you to review and approve it.

What it would do

Salons & Beauty on Hirely would collect agents planned for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, lash and brow artists, and day spas. Stylists spend the day with clients in the chair, and messages pile up between appointments: questions about color corrections, bridal party bookings, product availability and gift cards.

Agents here would draft email answers you can review between clients. A bride asking whether your studio handles a party of six on a Saturday morning would get a warm draft that asks for the date, the services wanted and the location. A client asking about aftercare for a keratin treatment would get a reply built from the guidance you supply.

A studio owner might use a drafting agent to prepare a seasonal email announcing new services, written in the studio's voice and waiting for approval.

Beauty businesses live on relationships, so tone matters. Drafts would mirror the friendly, personal style you set, and they would not make claims about results you have not confirmed, such as how long a treatment lasts for every hair type.

How it could fit your week

Consider a Saturday when the chairs stay full from opening to close. Meanwhile, someone emails about booking four guests for a birthday pedicure party, a regular wonders whether a discontinued shampoo can be special-ordered, and a new client asks if you do curly cuts. By closing, an agent would have each reply drafted in your studio's voice, ready for a few minutes of reading before you lock the door.

Only email-and-draft agents would be offered in the trial. Any agent in this storefront that uses website chat, texts or calls would not be part of the trial. Your current booking tool and front-desk phone would stay in place.

This storefront is coming soon. Each listing would appear after it passes review.

Independent stylists renting a chair could benefit as much as larger studios. A solo artist might keep a short list of approved phrases about deposits for bridal trials or patch tests, and drafts would draw on that list instead of improvising policy.

Common messages in a studio inbox cover gift card purchases for holidays, questions about which stylist specializes in balayage or textured hair, parking directions, product restock requests and inquiries about group events like prom styling. Drafts would answer from the notes you provide about services and policies, mark uncertain points for your attention, and leave scheduling decisions to whatever booking process your studio already uses.
