3c. Workflow, step by step

1. After a clean, the supervisor opens the inspection for that site.
2. They move room by room, marking each item and adding photos or a short note where something was missed.
3. Items marked for re-clean become open tasks assigned to the crew you choose.
4. When the crew finishes, they add a photo and the supervisor closes the task.
5. Repeat misses are grouped by site, area and crew so you can see patterns such as dusty vents or streaked glass.
6. You can export an inspection record and review it before deciding whether to share it with a client.
