Help-doc version
14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund the monthly base fees for every agent on your account at the time you ask. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
What's not refundable:
- Overage (usage beyond your plan's included allowance).
- Renewals after your first month. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Third-party pass-through costs you've already incurred, such as carrier registration fees.
- Accounts closed for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
One refund per customer. The money-back guarantee can be used once. If you get a refund, any founding-customer discount ends, and if you sign up again later, neither the guarantee nor the founding discount is offered again.
Support response times. We aim to respond quickly, but at launch our response times are targets, not guarantees, and we don't issue service credits for missed response times.

14-day money-back guarantee on first-month base fees, once per customer. Overage and third-party fees aren't refundable. A refund ends any founding discount, and it isn't offered again if you re-sign. Cancel anytime to stop future charges. Support response times are targets, not guarantees, and don't carry service credits. Refund Policy
- "One per customer" needs a matching rule in billing (same business, payment method or owner) to stop abuse through new accounts. Apply it consistently.
- Auto-renewal laws (e.g., California's ARL and the FTC's negative-option rules) require clear renewal terms at checkout and easy online cancellation. Pair this with the renewal disclosure.
- Keep this wording consistent with terms-of-service.md and finance/pricing-final.md.
