3b. What you provide
- An equipment list with identifiers

3c. Workflow, step by step
- You add each piece of equipment and its service schedule.
- The agent sends reminders before service is due.
- Crews report problems such as frayed cords, worn belts or clogged filters.
- Reported problems are logged against that item and sent to the owner.
- Completed service is recorded with a date and note.
- You can see which items are due, overdue or out of service.
3d. Common situations in cleaning
Cleaning equipment works hard: vacuums run all day, filters fill with fine dust, bags and belts wear, cords get pinched under doors and carpet extractors leave water in tanks overnight. A tracker gives each machine its own record with the van or storage location, the date it was last serviced, what was done and who did it. When a crew reports a problem from a job, the note lands on that machine's record so the owner sees the history before deciding whether to repair, replace or rotate it out. Seasonal tasks, such as descaling or winter storage for pressure washers, can be added as reminders too.
4. Example
Example (fictional): 'Backpack vac #3 filter change duesoon.' Reminder sent to the owner.
